Help for Mihaita from Romania

Treatment in Germany Can Come True!

This year we got to know about fire victim Mihaita from Craiova, Romania.

Dr. med. Nikos Marathovouniotis, expert for children with skin burns from the children’s hospital of Cologne, will support us. We already has a meeting with him. The doctor took a detailed look at the pictures we made from the skin burns. According to him, Mihaita will have to come to Germany to receive the right treatment.

So we are planning to bring the child to Cologne in January oder February 2013. Dr. Marathovouniotis will do all the necessary examinations for free and Mihaita’s body will be measured for the production of an urgently needed compression suit, which will help to keep the scars as small as possible. Mihaita will have to wear the suit for about 2 years, so he will probably need more than one of these expensive suits.

Dr. Marathovouniotis also connected us with Paulinchen e. V., a charity organization caring for children with skin burns.
